Please include:
1 or 2 moves from your current moves test level;
1 dance (if you are dancer) from your current test level;
1 step sequence from your program;
Jumps (if you can execute them): Waltz jump, 1F, 1A, 2T, 2F, 2A, 3A 3T, 4T,
Transitional jumps: split, stag Edge elements: spiral, Ina Bauer, spread eagle
Spins: sit spin, broken leg, layback
