Marina Gromova

holds a B.A. in Choreography from Novgorod State University of Art (Soviet Union) and has over 35 years of teaching experience. She has choreographed programs for skaters competing at U.S., Russian, and Ukraine Nationals, U.S. Sectionals, international events, Junior Worlds, Europeans, Worlds, and the Olympic Games. She has worked with Olympic Champions Tatiana Volosozhar and Oksana Baiul, the Olympic pair team Igor Marchenko & Evgenia Filonenko, and numerous national team skaters from Ukraine, Russia, and the United States. Her programs have also medaled at the U.S. National Showcase Championships.As Artistic Director of Creative Ice Theatre, Marina has led the teams to many Theater on Ice National medals and multiple Nations Cup appearances for the USA.
Coaching Philosophy:
Dance is art. Blending movement with jumps, spins, and steps becomes a creative partnership between skater and choreographer.

​Yevgeny Martynov

holds a B.A. in Physical Education from Ukraine State University. He is a Ukrainian National Champion, Junior World and International competitor and medalist, and a PSA Master-rated Freestyle coach. He is also recognized as a Master of Sport of International Class in Figure Skating for high achievement in international competition. His professional career includes performing as a Principal Skater with Feld Entertainment and Willy Bietak Productions.
Coaching Achievements:
• Coached athletes at U.S. Sectionals, Nationals, and International events• JGP, Junior Worlds, and World Championships experience
Coaching Philosophy:
Anyone can learn to skate—with strong dedication and shared motivation between skater and coach, success becomes possible.

Janice Benoit

has a B.S. in Medicine from Northwestern University. She is a USFS quadruple gold medalist, a US National Junior Dance Bronze Medalist & three-time US National Ice Dance Competitor at the Junior and Senior levels. She was an international competitor and medalist for Team USA. Janice had a 28 year career as a USFS National Dance Judge, National Dance TC, and Gold Judge before returning to the ice to coach

Coaching Philosophy: 
​The best performance is one that balances the technique of skating with the emotional commitment of the skater, resulting in the ability to touch the audience in a unique way.
